elliott burford is still a colectivo futurist!

last year in may, we wrote about the wonderful world of elliott burford. back then he was working at the fabrica research center in treviso, italy; an applied creativity laboratory set up by benetton back in 1994. after finishing his two-year artist residence there, he moved back to his home country, australia. if only temporarily there, elliott has found time to keep working on several projects, including a 220 piece drawing collection for belgian gallery grand hornu, a glass and wood piece for secondome, and preparing for a workshop he’ll be giving at boisbuchet in france this coming summer.

one of his latest projects at fabrica, and one of our favorite ones as well, was the branding campaign for down side up, a collection of modular wooden furniture. the project was exhibited in milan, venice, and new york.

check some of his latest projects below; details of which you can find in his updated website.
